Hey Brock,

People are always quick to bitch and complain but I just wanted to say
that your level of customer service is exceptional.
I called in this morning to get some master links to a DR chain I had
purchased from you in the recent past and was overwhelmed when I was
told they would go out in the mail and payment wasn't needed.
That customer service and your expertise is exactly what keeps
customers coming back!

nothing but good experiences here, awesome feedback and quick responses make me feel i found a shop w/ personnel that knows what they are talking about! thanks!!
